SafeGuard Facility & Range Reservations
This portal lets approved users request training rooms, meeting spaces, and range time. Calendars and bookings are visible only after your account is approved.

- Agency / Department name
- Official email and contact phone
- Point of contact (POC) for scheduling
Accounts are reviewed by the JPD Training Unit before access is granted.
1) Create your account
Register with your official details. External agencies require approval.
2) Request space or range time
After approval, pick dates/times and add your event details and headcount.
3) Get confirmation
You’ll receive email updates for approvals, changes, and cancellations.
Use Policies & Clean-Up Rules
- Be on time. Your booking includes setup/teardown windows—finish on schedule.
- Leave it better than you found it. Reset tables/chairs, wipe down surfaces, remove trash.
- No unsecured firearms or ammo in classroom areas. Range safety rules apply at all times.
- Report issues immediately. Facilities damage, spills, or safety concerns → notify JPD staff.
- Cancellations. Cancel as early as possible so others can use the slot.
- Capacity limits enforced. Book rooms that fit your headcount.
- Authorized use only. Training, official meetings, and approved partner events.
- Prohibited activities. Alcohol, tobacco inside, or any unsafe conduct.
- Supervision required. External agencies must have a responsible POC on site.
- Compliance. All users must follow JPD and City policies and posted signage.
About This Portal
SafeGuard is JPD’s scheduling system for training rooms, briefing spaces, and range time. It helps prevent conflicts, honors maintenance blackouts, and keeps everyone informed.
- Room availability and range calendars are visible after approval.
- Email confirmations and calendar (.ics) attachments for your events.
- Blackout periods (maintenance/closed) are enforced automatically.
- Usage reports help us keep facilities ready and available.
